  12. The latest edition of Amiga Computing US Edition (Issue 8) has a
  13. review of the M1438S monitor which is nothing short of just plain bad. 
  14. Their parting comment is "caveat emptor", and they essentially had
  15. nothing good to say about this monitor.  Can anybody corroborate this
  16. assessment of the Microvitec monitor?  Can anybody dispute it?  AT had
  17. previously announced their intention to release a 15" and a 17"
  18. version of the same monitor by the middle of 1996.  Granted that
  19. projected release dates for new hardware are always very loose
  20. estimates, but I had been hoping to find a good 15" or 17", and there
  21. is absolutely nothing larger than 14" available in a multiscan right
  22. now.  But I would rather have a good 14" than a lousy 15" or 17", so
  23. if anybody has any comments on the quality of the M1438S based on
  24. first-hand experience, I would like to know.
